SUNDAY SUNDAY
The news this morning is that AM and Travis are expected to recover from the injuries they sustained in the awful plane crash on Friday night. I am truly greatful that they are alive and saddened by such a tragedy. My deepest sympathies go out to the families and friends involved in this, and I wish the speediest and fullest of recoveries for the two survivors.
Last night's radio show features Paul Cook from the Sex Pistols and Phil Collen from Def Leppard talking about their new project together, Man-Raze. It was great having Paul in the studio with Matt and myself and thanks to Phil for putting The Shield on hold while we called him! It's up in the Podcasts section of the site now and available from I-Tunes by hitting the 'Subscribe' button on this page. Today is a quiet day for me - I'll be catching up on TV shows and lying low. Oh yeah, and by the way....I went to see Burn After Reading yesterday. It's the new Cohen Bros movie with Clooney, Pitt, Malkovich etc. I left the theater a little confused at how some fantastic performances had been put together in such slow, drawn out pacing. Has anyone else seen it? Thoughts? Back in a couple of days with an update, but for now here's another look at The Roxy 2008 Residency that Camp Freddy did - I know I've put this up before but Todd did such a great job filming and editing, and it was such a great month.....I dont really care! Enjoy.

All good news.
So glad you had Paul and Phil from Man Raze on last night. I have been blasting their CD Surreal from my car since June. Thought it played fantastic on the radio. Get em out there with Camp Freddy!

I agree with your opinion of Burn After Reading.
I actually almost left after the first half hour, but the performances to that point left me hoping things would turn around.
Ah well I've wasted 12 dollars on worse things. Just never expected George and Brad to be in that category.

Damn, I wanted to see it because I too am a fan of Coen Bros. movies but after everyone's recommendations I might save the $15!!!

Thanks for re-posting that. I know better than to ask for a NY residency- seems impossible- but another NY show please, we seriously need some action here on the East Coast.
NYE in NYC perhaps?
Anyway, I'm putting my 20 bucks on The Duchess.
