A BRIEF ENCOUNTER WITH WALL STREET
Thought I would get on here and post while the coffee does its job this morning! When I came into my office here today and looked at my calendar, I realized today is the day that I get interviewed by The Wall Street Journal!!! Bizarre, right?!?! Yep - well, apparently, its correct. They are doing something on Playstation and wanna talk to me about Guitar Hero (the game) and watch me play it while they interview me. Sounds strange, but thats today. Oh well - I thought maybe I could talk about the 12 shares I own in PorkBellies, or maybe the shift in the current high yield interest rate ................. oh - I'm sorry, I nodded off there for a second!!!! Also today, I am going to spend a few hours in the studio with Mike Clink, doing some overdubs on a Camp Freddy track we recorded last week. The idea was that we would get this track out there by Xmas - who knows if that will happen. But we will at least finish the thing, and take it from there. So I'll be doing some backing vocals, as well as a few bits and pieces musically. And before all that ...... gonna hit the gym and start to knock off a few of these 'non-smoking' pounds. I'll hit the blog again at the end of the weekend and answer any questions, but for now, thats it from me. Hope you like the self portrait I put up today. I call it - MOTORHEAD. Have a great weekend, smile ..... and don't get caught up in the negative!!!!
Billy

Billy remember...
Buy low, sell high! ;-)
So this CF possible Christmas release (or Hanukkah, Kwanza or Festivous depending what you celebrate...) will it be just a itunes thing or are we getting closer to a actual CF CD? Or is this a "I don't know" "I can't say" yet thing?
Also I saw a article that Dave will be appearing at a LA Best Buy at midnight Nov 7th when that game is released to sign autographs. JA's "Stop" is featured on the game.

I was thinking you guys should change your name from Circus Diablo to Circus de Geezers.
Posted by: Rob Dixon at November 3, 2006 04:10 PM
Circus de Geezers? Less funny than Dane Cook. Did you all catch that article in Rolling Stone this month? The 1 that says "Go Home Congress" on the front? Well, it says that Dane is unfunny and that he is a whack job no talent having loser, kind of like you, Mr. Dixon. Next.
Posted by: anonymous at November 3, 2006 04:18 PM
Geezers. That's about as funny as a hospital fire.

Billy,
Dont really have any questions tonight (actually I have a million I just wont put you thru that right now). I am still going thru the archives. Very funny stuff there. Also listening to old CFR podcasts. You and Dave really are a team & are very funny together. You both are entertaining by yourselves but put you two together & look out! Speaking of Motorhead, they just played here(KC,MO)for Freakers Ball. Supposedly their only North American stop on their tour. We were unable to attend but heard it was a good show. Hopefully I will catch my firs Live CFR tomorrow night. We will see. My computer is very tempermental. Really enjoying getting to know you & your work. Cant wait to see you live some day. Take care & enjoy!!!

The truth is that I haven't sold millions of records, and I am not on the cover of every magazine. But I love what I do, and I have people in my life that love me for who I am, not what I do. Thats pretty fucking amazing!!

Hey Billy, loving the 'motorhead' pic, haha, its awesome. I have a couple of questions for you
1. Did you ever think Camp Freddy would take off and become the entity it is today?
2. Whats your favourite venue to play a show at?

Dear Billy, so glad to hear you have given up smoking. I am currently trying to give up cigars and cooking sherry at the moment. Do you have any tips? (Not cigar tips, advice).

damn, you forgot to take the half an engine off your head before the self timer snapped, now for all eternity you're a vision preserved in wit and metal. great pic!
WELL DONE for giving up smoking and not giving up on the giving up.
Who else is in the ps game guitar hero with you? Did they ask you to wear one of those virtual suits and play the guitar whilst a micro chipped mapped your moves or something way technical? Or was it more of an artists impression of you?
Have a good week.

Happy Bonfire Night!
I watched V for Vendetta last night. Billy, have you seen that film, and what did you think of it?
(I thought it was brilliant)

Billy,
I've just been catching up on the new season of "Breaking Bonaduce" and was wondering if you're involved again this time around with any music?
Great televison, absolutely girpping.
Hope all is well mate.
Thank you,
Jay

Hi Billy, first time writing to you. I try to listen to CFR when I can! I find it thoroughly entertaining!
Kudos on your quitting smoking, I have not smoked since 2001.
A question for you, since Adam Ant(stuart goddard) is your favorite-have you seen him or the band lately?
any new music for them on the horizon?
take care Billy!, Db

Ditching the fags? Good on you!
Imagine how lovely the food is going to taste! It will only get better, plus you can get your toxic air fix by just stepping outside and taking a deep breath!
Breath in, breath out...oh wait that's MACHINE HEAD, sorry!
