WIN A MARC VACHON CIRCUS DIABLO JACKET.
Tonight is an all new CFR and we will be joined in the studio by a couple of guests. First of all, we have Mr Brett Scallions joining us. Now the new Circus Diablo bass player, Brett will be in the studio with Matt and myself, so expect a little "Diablo Unplugged" if we can pull it off!! I am sure that Brett will call his beautiful wife, Abby, who is in town right now, making the new SLUNT album, so hopefully we can get her on the phone. And we will also be joined in the studio by fashion designer to the stars, Mr Marc Vachon. Marc designs some pretty dope Rock N Roll clothing and his low rise jeans are currently the faves of Scott Weiland, Duff McKagan, Billy Duffy, Gina Gershon .... and Yours Truly!! You can see more about his work by CLICKING HERE FOR WWW.MARCVACHON.COM. Marc has very kindly made a one-of-a-kind Circus Diablo denim jacket and we will be having a competition to win this jacket on tonight's radio show. So make sure you tune in on INDIE 103.1 FM between 6.00pm and 8.00pm or log on to www.indie1031.fm and listen online.
I'll do a full on SUNDAY QUESTION TIME from my hotel in San Francisco, as I fly up there early tomorrow morning. I am sure the hotel has a DSL connection so I'll try and get the Podcast up (courtesy of our very own Paul) as well. Watch out for the launch of the new look Circus Diablo site sometime next week. We will be announcing our drummer, listing the specifics of the Circus Diablo shows, and uploading some of the pics from our photoshoot this week. Gotta dash - see ya in Frisco.

Y'know they say those low-rise jeans can cause problems with child bearing hips. Thanks for the ironing tip, I may start a collection, I'm sure I asked Jon Clayden the same, though I forget his answer.

Gawd I missed it. I had a stupid migraine last night. Who Won?
Billy , I am seriously asking you this question. What skin care products do you use? Your skin is beautiful.
Much Luv, Terri

Listened to the Podcast. Dave calling in always crack me up!
SHINE sounded AWESOME!! please please please have it available on "morrison radio" I need it on my MP3! I can not wait for the CD!
And FYI...if the July 1st Vegas gig ever did become a Camp Freddy/TPC/Velvet Revolver/Circus Diablo show I would do anything...ANYTHING...to get there! :-D
Posted by: Peebs at June 18, 2006 06:17 AM
my question just how do you get backstage passes for gigs-or whats the best way of like ie...how do you fool security that you are somebody???
Posted by: paul at June 18, 2006 09:24 AM
The winner of the jacket was Kevin, the engineer of "Ants Invasion"....hmmmm...sounds suspicious...lol, just kidding Billy.
I'm downloading the podcast from last night now!
Though I heard a rumor that you were talking about having Velvet Revolver play with you at the Palms as your own Lollapolozza.....need your own name...hmmm....remember the Family Values tour? Well yours should be the Incestous Grooves tour because all of the bands are inter-related.....Hey as a matter of fact I think I am gonna go over to the community and start a thread for this called "Name the Tour" for CF, CD, TPC, and VR!
For the record...(since I don't want any internet rumors started from my posts!)I understand that you were JOKING about VR playing with you at the Plams....though I am SERIOUS that you guys should consider doing something like that (and if you DO! you better come to the east coast!) Want to keep my Diablette status and don't want to piss you off Mr. Morrison ;-)
Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there...especially those that have produced all those people that I respect, admire, and love!

Billy,
Hope you're having a great time in San Francisco, you've picked the perfect weather up here in our "neck of the woods". You're killing us with the waiting to hear who the new drummer is for CD! No that you're going to be even more famous than before, how about using some of your influence to get us left handed bassists more respect and choices in left handed basses? Use some of your mojo at Gibson....please? Congrats on Circus Diablo, we look forward to seeing you up here at Slim's in August.
Cheers,
John & Carrie

Whatcha doin up in San Fran today? Some chowder by the Harbour?
MB - I like the Incestous Groves tour, it would make a nice tshirt as well!

I love San Fran... hope you are having a great time. I'm thoroughly bummed... no Vegas for me. I won't be back in town in time to catch a flight to Vegas. GRRR! Have fun all who go. I'm insanely jealous.

Billy,
Can't wait for you guys to come to NY, your east coast fans are waiting not-so-patiently! BTW, saw NIN on Friday and Saturday nights, more amazing that usual!! You MUST catch them again, they're almost done touring for a while, so says Trez. They're back in Cali on July 7 and 8...with Bauhaus, Daniel Ash was astounding, sax and slide with a drumstick. Do you like Bauhaus?
I'd give anything to be able to catch CF and TPC in Vegas. Alas, the trip would be too much, gotta pay for Kristen's college tuition, dammit!
Much love to you all,
Sue
