SATURDAY SQUIRRELS
Good morning campers! Its been a few days since I managed to post here, but its a nice, peaceful Saturday morning now, I've had my three pints of coffee and a few nicotine sticks, and I am ready to type!! I am lucky enough to have a balcony with a beautiful view, and I get to watch these squirrels run around in the trees outside, while I fill my body with stimulants and kickstart myself. I am sure these squirrels have similar lives to us. I mean, I can almost tell when they have had a late night, or one of them is arguing with the other!!! Its like watching boyfriend and girlfriend sometimes ...... "HEY!!! Leave my fucking tree alone. And stop nagging me. I got a headache." ...... "Well if you didnt stay out messing with the garbage cans until 3am, you might not be so hung over today!" OK, I might have just officially become WEIRD!!! I am posting about talking squirrels on my blog!! Oh whatever -
So....The first thing is that Brother Dave is in Vegas, playing cards this weekend, and therefore CFR tonight will feature the dulcet tones of Brother Matt and Brother Billy. Ha! The Church Of The Latter Day Freddy .... hmmmm ...... we could all meet in the Rainbow Bar every Sunday morning and sing Jailbreak together ...... So enjoy the show. We will attempt to cover Dave, although his irreverent sense of humor will be sorely missed. I know he'll be back next week. By the way - thanks Wendy for the pic above of Dave and myself. Love it.
I am attempting to find a Web/Email/IT guy in Hollywood to have a bunch of stuff changed around on the sites. I have some ideas that I wanna do, and I need to have it all done properly, so the search is on for someone that knows their shit and can sort out all my World Wide Web needs. Once I get it all fixed up, things will look a little different around here. No doubt it will take me forever to get into gear with this, but the intention is there. So bear with me -
Eric - Now THAT would be a fun tour! The Stones, with CF opening!! Great idea. Now if you could just give Keith a call and make the suggestion, that would be wonderful. Thanks mate!
Tina - LOVE the 'Sex In A Tent' story!! Thats always a fun one - trying to get laid on the school camping trip. Ahh, one day I will write a book ....
Kate - Still no word on the ticket thing for the Key Club. Everyone is still discussing it all - I am staying out of it and they will decide what to charge and let me know. Either way, its gonna be cheap.
Kim - Actually, I don't shy away from my own opinions. I just don't really have one about the Sabbath/Maiden thing. Most of the reports are overblown - (I was there) - and it was just one of those 'rock and roll stories' that will be told (and exaggerated) for years. Maiden talked shit and disrespected the Ozzfest, Sharon struck back in defense of their festival. Bruce ends up with egg on his face (pun ABSOLUTELY intended!!) Simple.
KDee - Yes. The show will be an all-ages show. I will make sure of it.
Mya - Thank you for the Pilates props!! I have stuck with it and its now something I look forward to - in fact I am in there again this morning. I do cardio beforehand now, so I am officially becoming one of those 'exercise guys'!! And yes, Billy Duffy will be playing with Camp Freddy at the up-coming shows at the end of September and during October.
Talking of Pilates - I have to split. I hope you all enjoy the weekend. I will try and drop another post soon (I have been spending 10 hours a day staring at the other screen in the studio and have just not been able to face any more pixels at night!!) Have fun, play nice and see you soon.
Peace
Billy

THE WEEKEND OF ROCK
Not a lot going on right now. My head is in my computers (what a surprise!!) and I am keeping a low profile after a week of Ozzfest and Rock Star:INXS. Saturday was the LA Ozzfest and those of you who listened in to CFR this weekend will have heard my fairly lame broadcast from Ozzfest. I say fairly lame, because when I called in, nothing was going on. Immediately after that, all hell broke loose between the Ozzy Camp and the Maiden Camp. I am sure I dont need to post about it here as it is all over the internet. Suffice to say that it involved eggs, water, comments about Bruce Dickinson being a prick, and a naked man with a huge Stars and Stripes flag!! Lots of rock and roll drama, and your on-the-spot Ozzfest reporter was unable to report on any of it!! I mean, I was there, I saw it all go down ..... but was unable to call in, cos I was too busy dodging eggs and staying out of the way of 10,000 screaming Maiden fans!!! It was a fun day (especially the chopper ride into the venue - the pilot gave me a photocopied picture of the venue, taken from a satellite, and said ....."do me a favor and keep an eye out for something that looks like that!!!".... whatever happened to state-of-the-art navigation systems???!!!!!.
The next day was spent with the cast and crew of the Rock Star show. We went to the taping in the afternoon, and then went up to the Mansion for a night time Jam Session. Acoustics, piano, and lots of singing. It was a nice, laid back affair, and Jen and I had a lot of fun. Mig, Ty, Jordis and Marty are definately the top four, and they were all in fine form, singing and playing in front of an invited audience. We snuck out about midnight and went home, exhausted from the long weekend.
And now its back to work. Phone calls about the CF September 29th and October 19th shows, trying to finish lyrics and vocals on these demo's I've been working on, keeping up with the crazy Pilates schedule I have going on, and generally lazing about. It seems that the rest of this month will be a quiet one. September will be some behind the scenes work, and then October should be a pretty busy month with some CF shows, some of the TV airing that I did earlier in the year, and an announcement or two.
Enjoy the quiet, Billy, cos you know it'll be kicking off soon!!!
And before I go, I need to say a HUGE HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Thursday to Harriet. Have a great birthday and dont do anything I wouldnt do ...... which leaves it WIDE open for ya!!!!
Peace to all, I'll be back soon.

RELAPSE ON SPOTTED DICK!!
So I have been aware of a store in Santa Monica for years that sells English foods - things that you cant easily find here. But up until now I have just not thought about seeing what they have and wasn't too bothered. I don't really miss the UK cuisine - especially the stodgy, heavy, carb laden stuff I used to eat!! But on Thursday, we flew out of Santa Monica airport to go to Phoenix and I was a little early. So it seemed like a good idea to check this store out. BIG mistake!! This place had everything that is so wrong, and yet so right about English food! I went crazy in there - I bought packets of biscuits, chocolate, deserts .... I cant believe I lost it like that! And I found these deserts that I used to love when I was lying around, stoned out of my mind. They are called Heinz Puddings, they are kind of a sponge cake the size of a melon, that have things like treacle, and strawberry toppings. You put em in the microwave, and nuke them, and then pour tons of cream over them!! I mean, I used to just sit on the couch, get loaded and eat about 10 of these things. They are SO bad for you! So I bought two - a treacle one, and one that we call Spotted Dick!! Its sponge cake with raisins in it. And I came back from the show late and ate them both!!! I have been eating really well lately, to get maximum effect from the Pilates and Cardio that Ive been doing. So I feel like I have relapsed!!! This shit is like drugs .....I was standing by the microwave, waiting for the things to be cooked, and I poured tons of half and half over them. I mean, who names a desert "Spotted Dick"?????!!!! Just the name alone should be enough warning. NEVER again!!! Its back on the lettuce leaf sandwich without the bread for me!!!
The show was great. Although it was about 107 degrees when Ozzy hit the stage. But the show was sold out, Sabbath played a fantastic set, and he sang note perfect. A good day out (except for the packet of Custard Cream Biscuits that I demolished with a cup of tea on the plane!!). Today will be my last Ozzfest of 2005 - its the Glen Helen Los Angeles show, and this one is always a lot of fun. All my friends go down, so I'll hang out with everyone, and try and do a few phoners during Camp Freddy Radio. Dave will be in the studio with a guest, and I'll provide the 'On the spot location reports' - we'll see if Ozzy will have a quick chat with Dave once we get there.
Kate: FUNNY shit!! That caption had me laughing out loud!! ...."Ah sayd Brother Dayvid-ah ...... Yeaaaya ....... beLIEVE in the Lord, yaaaayes!!"
Dimemax: I can neither confirm nor deny that Mr Cantrell and Mr Duffy will or will not be appearing with Freddy on 29th. But if I were you, I'd look at the CF site, and see that neither have missed a Freddy show in a year!!
Ylais: Eyes off the belly!! And believe me - after my pig out on Thursday, it doesnt look too hot right now!!!
Bobbi-O: Yeah thats Chris in the pic. Chaney is our core guy and is part of the Camp Freddy core band. But he was on holiday at the time we played HOB so Wyse stepped in and played an amazing show. Mr Chaney will be back in action for the Key Club show. Incest? Us? Never!
Jay: No comment.
I am outta here - I have a few things I need to get done before I leave this afternoon. Luckily, I don't have to drive to the Ozzfest, so we leave about 5pm, which gives me some time to work out, get some errands taken care of, and maybe do a bit of work before we leave. Had a great night out last night with Duffy and Jon Ferris from INXS - went to dinner and then to the Whiskey Bar at The Sunset Marquis. Nice to hang out with those guys and their girls. Very adult, very social, I dont do enough of that kinda thing. I tend to work hard during the day and then collapse in front of the TV late at night. So thanks guys for a nice, civilized night out. Have a great weekend everyone, and enjoy Dave on CFR. See ya.
Peace

SEPTEMBER 29th SHOW
That’s right kids! Thursday September 29th will be a Camp Freddy show that is open to all. We will be playing at The Key Club in Hollywood, on the Sunset Strip. No ticket details as yet, but of course you will be the first to know. We were trying to do a couple of nights but schedules wouldn’t allow it, so this is it. But we promised that we would get a real show together and we delivered. The last show we did at The Key Club was fantastic – hopefully we can raise the bar and really get the place jumping. More details as we get them.
Today is a random Ozzfest day for me. I’m gonna jump the plane with Ozzy and go see the Phoenix show. And of course, I will be going on Saturday to the LA show – expect some mad phone ins from me during CFR this week!
So I have been neck deep in writing a set of songs with some friends, and I have been singing on them! We are not sure if we will take it to the next level, but the writing process has been fun. And singing lead vox on the tunes has been challenging and rewarding for me. At some point I can let you in on some details, but we are keeping it low key for now, and in the ‘fun’ category, which is nice. The moment it turns into business, it can get very stressful.
That’s kinda it for my week so far. I really have been just turning the phones off and making music. I did go out last night to the opening of Brent Bolthouses new club, LAX, and that was absolute f@#$ing mayhem!! He certainly knows how to put on a party, that guy. I mean EVERYONE turned out last night. Jessica Simpson (looking quite good right now), D12, - oh I cant be bothered to list em all!! By the time I left to go home, I think they were shooting each other to get in!! (NO – not literally!!) It was so crazy outside, it seemed like every clubber in LA was screaming and shouting, trying to get someones attention! Thank you to all at Bolthouse for a huge evening.
Let me see ….
Cori: Yes, Jen and I have hung out a few times now with the kids on Dave’s show and they are all amazing people. Its always fun. And by the way – RIP Jessica.
Jay: It is possible to do what you suggest – ie make your own record. But if they are not biting now, then there is a chance that you get stuck with an album that you cant release and cant support. But who knows ….oh yeah, and Tommy Goes To College ROCKS!!!
Simon: Welcome to our small but perfectly formed community! I hope you enjoy the read, and make a few new cyber pals in the process.
Ylais: Great idea! I used to like some Jam – not a huge fan, but I did have a few pairs of Kam shoes. Remember those two tone pointy shoes? I guess that’s where my shoe fetish started!! Yeah, we’d love to have those guys. Somebody make a call!!
That’s it – …..”Waiter?……More coffee for the poor tattooed guy in the corner!!”
Outta here – I’ll be back at the weeked. Peace and love to you all. Oh and by the way - I just found the pic of me singing with David Draiman from The Disturbed. Seems like there might be a caption or six for this one!! Whaddya think? Thanks to Wendy for the photos.

PILATES AND BEYOND
This whole Pilates thing has shaken me up in a good way. I mean I never worked out, never did any exercise at all. But I've taken to Pilates like a duck to water! It seems to be having an effect on everything, not just my body. I wake up feeling rested, my mind seems a little clearer. Its good shit, baby. Today we do a class and I am the only guy in it. I'm not stupid!!!
Anyway, CFR was great last night. So good to be back on the air, it seems like forever since I was there. Rachel Hunter dropped by to hang out and chat about stuff. And Dave and I had a great time. I am sure he will have the show up and running on his 6767.com site for anyone that missed it and wants to hear it. I also took an acoustic guitar down from Sharon Osbournes office. They had asked me if we would all sign a guitar for her Colon Cancer Charity, so of course we all said yes, and I got Rachel to sign it as well, as she was there. A good time was had by all, and next week, Dave will be in the studio with Ionni Skye, and I will be reporting from the Ozzfest.
Questions and comments -
Bobbi-O: First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! The big 3-0 is a great one. It all gets crazy from there!! And Satan's number is 1-800-666-BOTOX!!!
Cori: No I wont be able to get to Vegas for the Poker. Not my thing really. And the Harry Potter thing has come to a screeching halt! I tend not to have time to read books in LA. I catch up on that when I leave town.
Junebug: Dont worry. I am checking the mail religiously right now! When the boots arrive, I'll get a pic up here straight away!!
Jay: Pirate Chic RULES!! Actually, I do still like a bit of Worlds End Pirate collection, worn with jeans and a tee shirt, or mixed in some way. Thats the plan with these crazy boots anyway. We'll see if it works. Thats why I am scouting for a squiggle apache top as well. Although they are as rare as rocking horse shit!!
Ylais: Mathew Ashman from Bow Wow Wow wore that stuff. He also played in the Antz. For those of you who would know where this is, I saw The Antz at Lewisham Odeon, supported by The Cure!!
FlamingHeart: GREAT news story! I wouldnt mind doing the Kilt thing. Maybe I'll give it a go onstage sometime! Of course, having now read that news piece, I have to find out what bondage stuff they are talking about. Has she rereleased some of that as well? Oh god, this is gonna cost me a fortune!!
D-Wez: I understand your views and I appreciate your support. But no matter what happens with ANY band, it is always "What it is", and not "what it could have been". Doheny is a great band, and we are all still alive and kicking! But we have 24 songs written and at some point, you have to leave it in the lap of the Gods. I need to be making music all the time, in order for me not to go insane. So while those songs are marinating in many peoples offices, I am out writing with different people, and so are the others. If it doesnt happen for Doheny, then so be it.
WendyBird and Laurie: I have absolutely no idea about these CF shirts at Tower Records. There arent any tee shirts in existance right now, so I dont see how anyone would have any to sell!! And certainly not in Tower!! No wonder they said "Who are they"!!!! I'd love to know where that one came from .....
Kefer: I am afraid that San Diego doesnt feature in the plans anytime soon.
Matt: Well, most of Freddy's shows are private shows, or corporate parties. So yes, its pretty much impossible to get in. But people do, and we encourage it. It just isnt a case of buying tickets, cos most of the shows dont even have tickets for sale. Its an invite thing. BUT ..... that is why we occasionally do a public show, open to everyone. And funnily enough, you might want to keep your eyes on the last weekend in September.
6767: Yes, we have, and are, considering the DIY route. But (and its a huge BUT), the most important thing for me is to be able to get out on the road and tour a record. And that isnt possible without the support of a label. A bus, crew, hotels, food ..... all of that costs money. About $15,000 a week minimum, to be precise. So unless its possible to get out there and tour for a while, its kinda not worth doing. I will, however, eventually get around to having some of the Doheny shit available for download, if the rest of the band are ok with that.
Thats it from me. Gonna go lay down on a very sexual piece of equipment and sweat with a bunch of women!! Have you seen a Pilates bed? It looks like something out of a 17th Century French torture chamber! ......'Madam, voulez vous le bondage avec moi?'!!
See you all soon, thank you SO much for continually being a part of this online blog, and believe me, there will be music soon. Until next time -
Peace

WORLDS END
I tend to have weeks of relative calm and then suddenly a phone call will throw it all out of the window. I can stay out of the madness for a while, and then a quick, harmless browse on Ebay suddenly wakes the monster inside, and I am off and running. I am talking about shopping, people! Retail fever, the 'gotta have it' syndrome!! And its been fine for ages. But yesterday, my friend who manages Vivienne Westwoods store in Chelsea, London called and left a message. Now I know that he's not calling to see how the weather is doing in LA!! No way people. He's calling me to tell me that she has done some limited, must have item, and he knows I'm gonna want it. And sure enough, when I called him this morning, it turns out that Vivienne has reissued the cream and red squiggle boots from her Apache/Pirate collection. He knows me well. Of course I had to have them. So one credit card conversation later and there is a pair winging their way over the atlantic as we speak. For those of you not familiar with the collection or the boots, check out the pic. The ones I have bought are on the very hunky looking guy far left. Now if anyone has one of those blue and gold squiggle tops that the girl next to him is wearing.........
What about Brandon on Rock Star? Out!! Well, I suppose he really was a southern rock singer and wasnt right for their band, ....INXS! But it was sad to see him go. Who's voting for who? My money is on Mig, but then again, they could go for Jordis if they really wanna make over. Either way, its all fun and games, and I love the show. We watch it religiously.
Camp Freddy are starting to plan a show in LA sometime in October that will be open admission - another show that everyone can come to. We said we would, and I will give you more details when we have them. It will take a couple of weeks to figure out where, when, and how, but I promise we will be doing it, and as usual we will make it a great show. We just want to do another show that isnt a corporate or private affair. The last one at the Key Club was insane, so we are up for another one. Once the details are in stone, I'll tell you all about it.
I am still writing songs with a couple of friends and it is going really well. I think we'll demo a couple in a studio soon, and see how they sound. I am singing in the project and its fun to be writing lyrics, and leaving the guitars to other people. Again, I dont wanna give too much away. I am taking it nice and easy with this, and if it turns into something, then of course I will let you all know.
There will be a new CFR for sure this weekend. Last week was a crazy misunderstanding, and Dave and I thought we'd been fired!! But we have NOT been fired, and it is all good over at Indie 103.1. Dave and I will be back in the studio on Saturday and you can be assured that we will be ready for a good show. Its been a while since I was in there, so bring it on!!!
Kim - Actually, Camp Freddy do Thin Lizzy's Jailbreak all the time. In fact that track is one of the first from the album to be finished. Jerry Cantrell sings the lead vocal, and Billy Duffy plays lead guitar.
Jay - I play on Hello Again, and Say Goodbye on the new Tommyland album from Tommy Lee.
Laurie - Yeah. My guys name is Todd, and he is the fucking BEST!! He gets in there, with both cameras and just gets the shot!! He is part of the Camp Freddy Family.
Junebug - Doheny are taking a break from the insanity of deal getting. Everyone just got really busy with other stuff, and sometines its best to come up for air. The songs are out there in 'business land' and we decided to just chill for a while. We'll see.
Ylais - Funnily enough, there is something Freddy being planned for October but its LA, not NYC, and I dont know that its the Vanity Fair thing. But the 19th springs to mind randomly!!!
OK - thats it - I am outta here. Have a great day and speak soon.
Peace

THE HOUSE OF ANYTHING BUT BLUES.
I would have to say that Camp Freddy is one of the most satisfying, most fun, most rewarding things I can ever imagine doing. I mean, it really does seem to work. All these fantastic singers and musicians get together in one place, turn up insanely loud, and play great rock songs. What could be better than that? Last nights show at the LA House Of Blues was another crazy success. The place seemed jammed with people, and the balcony was packed, with people hanging off the edge!! Soundcheck was, as usual, long and loud, as most guests stop by, run through their songs, and leave. But we are there for hours, as we are playing on every song. So when it was over, I drove home and had a relaxing hour in front of the TV before setting off back to the venue. As we pulled up, we saw a huge line of people stretching up the hill to get in. It looked like it was going to be a great night.
One change of clothes later and it was time to go onstage. The sound onstage was so loud – I mean when Dave Navarro is mouthing at you across the stage …..’I’m completely deaf!’…..then you know the volume is at 11!! But the set was so much fun. From the opening of Ballroom Blitz to the closing Paradise City and I Wanna Be Your Dog, it was an amazing night. David Draiman from the Disturbed just killed Rooster (Alice In Chains) and Led Zep’s Whole Lotta Love. Scott Weiland was amazing on Cheap Tricks Surrender, and the Sex Pistols Bodies. Mark McGrath, Jerry Cantrell, Steve Jones, Billy Duffy – all the usual suspects, all on top form. And, ladies and gentlemen …….. from Rock Star:INXS ……JORDIS!!! She was awesome. She sang the Clash song, Should I Stay Or Should I Go and it was fantastic. We were all so excited to have her with Camp Freddy, and I think she had a great time as well. We sat and talked afterwards, and it was her birthday yesterday as well. She was so sweet, and was so happy to have been able to take part. Thank you to all the contestants and to the band, INXS, who all came down and hung out with us. Hope you all had a great time.
After the show, I stayed in the Foundation Room until they kicked us out at 2.30am. Everyone was there, having fun, and hanging out. I had a great night, so thank you to everyone who came down and made it a night to remember. I better get my shit together as Dave and I are doing a new CFR tonight and I need to get my songs together. Its been a fun weekend so far and I cant wait to get on the air with Dave. Back to business as usual. Oh, and a special thanks to Wendy for the awesome pics - I'll have a look at our ones soon and see what other pics came out well.
See you all around here next week – for now its adios amigos..
Peace

NURSE.....I FEEL ILL......
As they took this photo last night at the Maxim party, Jen was scurrying past the photographers, and I said..."there goes the wife"!! You probably had to be there, but trust me, it was funny!! Jen and I went to the party and had a good time last night, and on the way home, we stopped off at The Gig and saw my friend Fil Izler play. We crawled into bed late, saw that we had an episode of LOST on Tivo, and had to watch it. So this morning, I am pretty tired!! I think I'll have to have a little afternoon snooze before heading over to the House Of Blues for the soundcheck.
I am looking forward to tonights show - the song choice is great, the guests are great, and the venue is great. And my boy Dave is gonna be playing as he has a day off from the Rock Star:InXs madness. So providing I can stay awake until showtime, I think today will be a good day.
Bobbi O - Yes we have had some Diva moments, but in the interest of promoting peace and love throughout the western world, I cannot divulge any names!!
Jay - Yes Sir!! CFR is a go this weekend. I will be there for sure - hopefully Matt and Dave will join me.
Jilly - MYF stuff is normally available from their website - www.myf.info - but it appears they have closed the site for redevelopment. Keep yer eyes open......
Cori - Great idea. I think I could fit in 7 minutes a day to devote time to a clothing line!! I really wish I had more time - there is so much I would like to do.
As you can probably tell, I am rushing through this post. I have a bunch of shit I have to take care of this morning, but I always like to try and say hi to you all before I get started. So thats it from me for now - listen in to CFR tomorrow, and check back for a detailed post about tonights gig, sometime over the weekend. Hope to see some of you tonight. Til next time ....
Peace

REHEARSAL DAY
The week is flying by yet again. Today is a very rare Camp Freddy rehearsal day. We normally just go through the songs on the day of the show at soundcheck, but as some of the guests cant make soundcheck at this gig, we decided to have a rehearsal. I'm fine with it - nothing like playing guitar all day!
The funny thing is, this is where all the minute detail and planning that goes into a Camp Freddy set list goes straight out the window!! You see, once we have gone through the tracks we wanna rehearse, someone starts playing a riff, we all join in, and the next thing you know is that we just added four songs to the set list!! Someone will say ...."that was great, we should do it at the gig" ...... and we end up with 22 songs on the list and playing for two hours!!! Its a lot of fun, and I am really looking forward to playing on Friday. Dave will be back as he has a day off from the TV show - always a blast playing with him. By the way, we play at 11.00pm, for all of you that are haggling and worming your way in!! I love that some of you will just happen to be having dinner at HOB that night. 'Oh look. What a suprise. Camp Freddy are playing while we eat our popcorn shrimp. Wonderful!!!'
Oh, and check out todays pic - whaddya think? I have been talking with the wonderful people at ONeill and we might just have some Camp Freddy boardshorts happening. I think they look fucking amazing!! Now where's my board, dude?....
Now lets just talk about that TV show for a second ....... what about that Jordis? Un - be - leivable!!! Her version of Bowie's Man Who Sold The World last night was nothing short of stunning. She has an incredible voice, and I was blown away by her stage presence, just standing still and singing. And Mig also did nothing but raise my expectations that he is the guy for INXS, with his version of Queens We Are The Champions. Just amazing. Its starting to hot up now, and the real singers are starting to show through. It'll be a tough final week, thats for sure.
Amy and Kim - I STILL havent seen Batman, although everyone I have spoken to tells me its a great movie. I really must get my ass in gear. Maybe this weekend. Gotta get Jen all fired up about it and then she'll get me away from writing songs for a couple of hours!
Michael - Funnily enough, I have chatted with Tracii Guns a few times on the phone, and I am sure that he would be into it at some point. Maybe when we do the planned 'real' gig soon - it will be a local LA club show and he would be great for that vibe. I'll give him a call.
Pilates is really kicking my ass, but also really making me feel good. I think it'll start to have an effect soon. You know - the sore muscles will start to be less tight, and I'll start to see a difference in my body. It just feels good to be doing some kind of exercise after all these years! Now if only I can get my head around the cigarettes......
OK - gotta get over to the Valley and see my guy, Brett Allen, who has been setting up a couple of new Gibsons for this gig. I will try them all out at rehearsal today. So have a great day, I'll be back soon. Be kind to the world and it will be kind to you.
Peace
