CAMP FREDDY TRACKS ON TOMORROWS CFR.

I intend to get a full post in, before we fly outta here, but as I have to get up at 6.00am to go and finish my PADI Scuba course, I wanted to get a quick one in tonight.
If you can, tune in to Camp Freddy Radio, tomorrow night on Indie 103.1 at 6.00pm. The reason? .... well, after 18 months, we have FINALLY mixed and mastered the first two tracks from the forthcoming Camp Freddy album. Yep - you heard it right! Two songs are done, finished .....in the can, so to speak. Now, isnt it fortuitous that we also have our own radio show, where we can give the tracks their World Exclusive plays? Yes, it is .... so tune in and check out how they sound. I have to tell you that I am very proud of it - it sounds amazing and we have been plugging away at this record for so long, it feels great to have some songs done and ready to play at long last.

Oh, and by the way, Camp Freddy Radio has been nominated for Best Radio Show, in the LA Weekly Music Awards. I know we are all suprised and honored to have even been nominated. Makes us feel like we are actually 'real' radio people!!

Anyway - I have studying to do now (just got in from Doheny rehearsal, and the band sounds as tight as always. Lets get this record started, people!!) so I am outta here.

OK, last random comment for the night, just listening to the show. How cool would it be if the next Grand Theft Auto game was set in London, and they asked you to voice act for the Rock Radio channel?

Sorry to have missed the show tonight, we had makeup classes thanks to Memorial day, so I'll just have to listen to it on the Panic Radio Dave has set up. I'm sure you guys kicked ass, as always.
"I dont know when Freddy will do another public show, but I promise that we will make it an all-ages show. Hopefully we will do one at least in LA this summer." I'm holding you to that. Have fun on your vacation!

The Camp Freddy tracks sounded awesome! Even though CF is an "occasional happening" - it would be sweet if there could be a tour. How about Doheny, CF and TPC? That's my dream, anyway.
