RAINBOW SIX 3

Good morning. Today is The Viper show, and I think its gonna be a good one. Tickets have definitely sold well. I’m looking forward to getting down there later. I think I’m going to try and have a morning off – leave the cellphone switched off, don’t look at the emails – and just relax ‘till I have to go to soundcheck. Maybe I’ll play some more Rainbow Six 3 on X-Box. I’m playing the new one – “Black Arrow” and its killer!!
How’s this blog going? Anyone have any suggestions? I want to get an email address attached to this over the weekend, and once that’s up there, I wonder if anyone out there has doheny art, wallpaper, pics etc that they want to see posted up here. And how about an online chat at some point? Maybe Jon and I can figure out how to do that if anyone is interested.
Anyway – heres a few answers to questions:-

Suzanne - I will ask Scott when I next see him and find out about the art for you.

Karen – See above. We intend to make a great record, and tour the US as much as we can. It takes a while for a band to be able to afford to head out on the road. But believe me – we are all impatient to get started!

Caine – Ahhh, the old Camp Freddy album saga!! I cant tell you when it’ll come out, but I can tell you that it is definitely being made. We have tracked all the songs and have started (this week in fact) putting vocals, solos etc on the record. The list of guests will be revealed when the whole thing is finished. Patience!!!

Jay – hmmm. Cardboard Vampyres. I wish them all the best. And I think that both Billy and Jerry would be the first to tell you that the fun they both had doing the Freddy stuff was the catalyst for them beginning their own thing. I’m glad it worked out for them. And I enjoyed being a guest on a song at their LA show.

D Wez – Obviously, because a lot of people in the same business live in the same town, you become friends. And being able to invite friends to see you play is nice. Swanky do’s? Well, some parties are cool – others are rubbish. It’s the same on any level. Personally, I’d rather be playing video games.

Gonna turn the computer off now. I’ll post again tomorrow and write a diary of the show. Have a great day people.
Peace

Billy

Hey billy, I think you're blog is working great. It's fantastic to be able to keep up-to-date on things instead of always wondering. I think your idea of an online chat would be great, get a lot of use. Also may do some doheny/billy wallpaper, so would be great to have a place for it.

Have you seen the radio blog karen added to her site yet? It's great to listen whatever songs she adds to it while online, here's the link to check it out when you have a few spare moments in your busy day.

Anyway, i'm off. Hope the show tonight is a blast. Have fun!

Hope the show went well! Couldn't make it as I haven't had the chance to get my hands on an ID> that'll change soon, especially if you guys keep playing at 21 and over places. One question for Billy though: will the Camp Freddy show at the Wiltern be open to the public?

Hope the gig went really well the other night. Put on a gig ourselves in our part of the world, extreme hardcore ... the sound system looked in jeopardy when it all went insane.

I'd love to put on Doheny this side of the pond, but we're focusing on a music video launch party at the moment for Glisten, and getting Soulfly to confirm as headliners for next year's festival.

Billy,

So, what rock/Hollywood luminaries made the Viper gig?

Let the name dropping begin...

Thanks dude!
